Elite Connector.
Built from scratch. Built to convert.
How we created the brand identity and website for a new SaaS business entering the UK construction and trades market.
Their goal.
Elite Connector came to us at the very beginning. The product was ready, the market was clear, but there was no brand, no website and no way to tell their story. As a new SaaS business targeting the UK trades industry, they had one shot to make the right first impression with an audience that has little patience for anything that feels complicated or corporate.
The goal was straightforward: build a brand that tradespeople would trust on sight, and a website that could turn visitors into demo bookings without needing a sales team to do it.
Our approach.
We started with the brand. The construction and trades sector is hands-on and no-nonsense, so the identity needed to reflect that. We built something clean, direct and professional, with a visual language that would stand up equally well on a mobile screen at a job site as it would in a pitch deck or an ad.
With the brand in place, we moved to the website. The challenge was explaining a genuinely powerful product to an audience that is time-poor, tool-focused and rightly sceptical of anything that sounds like tech for the sake of it. We structured the site around the real daily frustrations of tradespeople: missed calls, forgotten quotes, admin piling up at night. Every section was written and designed to move someone from recognition to action.
The result was a fully built WordPress website, written, designed and developed by us, ready to sell from day one.
The results.
- Brand built from the ground up, ready for market
- Full WordPress website live and converting
- Clear, trades-first messaging across every page
- Product positioned for scale across the UK construction sector
- Demo booking funnel live and generating leads
