Richard Stone had already built something genuinely impressive. With over 30 years of experience managing construction projects worth hundreds of millions of pounds, his Project Management Blueprint was a proven training and mentorship programme with a growing reputation across the industry. On paper, the marketing was all there too. A website, SEO, PPC, social media, content. But each piece was being managed separately, by different people, pulling in different directions. There was no clear strategy holding it together, no consistent messaging and no real visibility of how leads were moving through the business. A key part of that was the website. We built Richard a high performing WordPress site designed around the way his audience makes decisions, with clear pathways from landing to booking and a structure that supported both SEO and paid traffic from day one.

From there, we built a unified strategy that brought every channel into alignment. We took over the content creation, producing consistent, on-brand material that positioned Richard as the authority he already was, across the website, social media and beyond. Paid campaigns were restructured around the client journey, with ad creative and copy aligned to what we knew about how his audience made decisions, so budget was working harder at every stage of the funnel.

SEO and content worked together rather than in isolation, with each piece of content written to serve both the reader and search visibility. Messaging became consistent whether someone found Richard through organic search, a paid ad or a social post. We refined the booking systems and built out automation so the journey from first contact to confirmed training place was smooth and required far less manual effort to manage.
